Hi hey hello it's me again the annoying one  Okay Well I was wondering if I could be the one to add the first oc into this. Because well whenever I rp or rather try to rp a canon character I fail dismally and then I feel like everyone's judging me and that I'm being unfair on someone who might want to rp the character and do it better  yeah so I was wondering if I could add my harry potter oc that I made a while ago like that's not overpowered is it that she's a witch? Like I guess it's just on par with some of the avengers characters right- gives her a reason why she has survived without overpowering her too much Um I've forgotten where I was going with this question thing. Just kind of checking its okay and wondering what I'm generally doing. gah |

You can use OC's , of course! Whatever character you want. Maybe in your post in the character area, you could explain some stuff about them, if you choose to use them.

Can the characters go into other areas?
Like if they start in the city can they eventually go into the wastelands or not?
