"That's good," Peter agreed with a weak smile. "Bruce Banner - your work on the effects of radiation..." he paused a little. "With bad side effects, no doubt."
With a fluid motion, he straightened up. "There's someone else nearby. A... girl, I think."

He smiled wryly, but didn't reply. There was nothing else to say.
"There is?" He peered over the edge of the building, his eyes searching. "Doesn't look like she stands much chance, down there" He bit his lip, glancing towards Peter.

He shook his head, moving so he was sat at the edge of the building, legs swinging off and looking down into the empty expanse of city below. "She keeps - well, running. I'm not really that sure where she is."

"Stark Tower" Bruce said, suddenly. "People will be heading there. I was on the ground floor when I left; there could be more people inside" He wondered if Tony was still alive. Or Clint.
"Maybe we should look inside. Even if there's nobody there, there's a huge food supply and maybe the power..the generator.. we still might have some power."

Merlin peered out between a slit in the curtains, taking in his surroundings and searching for any infected. He'd made camp in this abandoned apartment block the night before, figuring his best chance of survival was to find other survivors. There were no obvious signs of any infected waiting outside, but then again, they did tend to keep to the shadows.
After taking one last sweep of the apartment (divesting cupboards of tinned goods, helping himself to a waterproof jacket in case the weather turned, and finding a baseball bat to add to his small arsenal), Merlin packed up his rucksack and slid out into the streets. He decided the best bet would be to head into the centre of the city; though there was a higher risk of finding more infected, there should also be a larger chance of running into survivors. In theory, anyway. Merlin just hoped that this particular plan of his wasn't about to backfire.

Peter nodded in agreement. "We should get going. Stick together." He paused for a moment, turning to look at Bruce. "But if you try to hurt me, believe me, I won't let you live." The threat was a thinly veiled one, but there nonetheless.

"Well it doesn't look like there's anyone else here" Willow muttered to herself. She decided she should probably find food, she hadn't eaten much since the zombies came and there must be food somewhere in the tower.
She left the room she was in, still looking for any signs of life. After a while Willow realised she could hear voices, they sounded male. She couldn't tell where they were coming from.

Without waiting for a reply, Peter swung over to Stark Tower, landing on the side of the building easily before clambering up to the top, determined to get inside. The ARC reactor, as Tony Stark had boasted so often, was clean energy - and a limitless supply of it would help immensely. He froze, however, the moment he heard footsteps. "Hello?" Peter called out tentatively into the darkness.

Baseball bat held defensively in front of him, Merlin made his way through the city, sticking to the central reservations of the streets as he went. Even though this made him easier to spot, it was also a lot harder for any infected to sneak up on him. Passing another (seemingly) empty apartment building, Merlin threw pebbles at some of the windows, hoping to catch the attention of anyone inside. However, he didn't spot any sign of movement so decided to move on, in case there were any infected nearby that had heard him.
Unsure of exactly where to go, Merlin picked out a tall, central-looking building (the Stark Tower, his brain helpfully supplied) and turned towards it, hoping that other survivors would be thinking along the same lines as him.

Peter had disappeared before Bruce'd had a chance to blink, and he found himself smiling at the threat.
He made his way, slowly, back down to the ground. He could hear voices, and recognized Peter's. He approached slowly, taking in his surroundings.

((Don't take the threats seriously ok Peter is such a bbu))
Peter turned around in panic, hearing a new set of footsteps, eyes wide, whole body almost trembling. He couldn't let his guard down - no, not not, not ever. It was far, far too dangerous, and he just couldn't.
