Searching through his rucksack, Merlin hoped he'd be able to produce some sort of flashlight; that is, until he remembered leaving it on the kitchen table of the apartment he'd spent the night in. "No flashlight, sorry."
"A supermarket? That'll be helpful, yeah. But what about the zombies? Won't they still be outside?" Merlin tried to peer over the furniture he'd used to barricade the door, but found he couldn't quite see over the top.

Amy was on the street again, still running. Jumping from roof to roof had only gotten her so far until it became continuously more dangerous and less fast. By that she had noticed that she must have been instinctively running toward the center of the city. No use thinking about whether or not that was the best option, those things were everywhere anyways. Just as she turned around yet another corner, by now completely lost, but orientation was admittedly not her first priority at the moment, she saw a figure on the sidewalk a few hundred meters away.

Darcy had ceased her jumping over garden fences, a particular one had stabbed her hand and there was a gash in her palm that didn't look like it was going to stop bleeding any soon. "Shit shit shit," She mumbled, constantly looking over her shoulders as she pulled the sleeve of her jacket over to try and stop the bleeding. These things liked to eat people, and she was guessing they'd pick up her smell pretty quickly. Her mind started to go and a mile a minute, trying to think of where the nearest chemist was.

Selina roused from her nap when she heard voices. She had been staying holed up on the third of Stark Towers and hadn't been bothered yet. Sure, there had been screaming from unfortunate people and moaning from the infected that littered the city and Selina had never cared enough to see what it was about. The person would be dead either way.
This time it was voices. People talking, live people talking. She should probably check it out- they could always have something worth stealing.
The woman stretched her arms up, back popping as she stood. Selina nudged her sleeping cat, earning an unamused mewl.
"Come on, Isis. We've got things to do."

Willow sighed, she was very hungry and tired. "I'm going to try to sleep for a while" she said "the zombies shouldn't be able to get in here, right?"

"I doubt it," Peter agreed tiredly, tugging his hoodie tighter around his frame in an attempt to - well, even he wasn't sure what. "If you need to sleep, you should do it now - the zombies seem to come out more at dusk."

Merlin looked up at the barricaded door. "I don't think the infected are strong enough to break down a barrier like this...we should be safe here for a while."
He turned to Peter. "If you want to rest up, I'll keep watch, if you like? I'm not all that tired." Merlin shrugged, propping his rucksack against the wall and leaning back on it, in an attempt to get more comfortable.

He nodded a little, disappearing through an archway and into another room. Before anything else, he was going to try to find blankets.
